According to the Blitz Information Sheet #2, the first 10,000 copies came with a lyric sheet. I have been sent a scan of such a sheet that accompanied this single, but it is A5 in size (unlike the usual 7" square insert). Further, it also (strangely) includes the lyrics to the "All Out Attack EP" and I believe that it formed part of the Information Sheet. I have never come across any other form of lyric sheet with this single.
